4.3 Taxes and Duties (International): For international orders, Baggarium Inc. is responsible for and will cover the cost of export duties and taxes, where applicable. However, the Customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and any other levies or charges imposed by the destination country's customs or tax authorities upon importation. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to us. The carrier may contact you directly for payment of these fees prior to delivery. Non-payment of import duties may result in the abandonment or return of your shipment, for which we are not liable, and refunds will not be issued.
5. Packaging & Shipment Details
5.1 Standard Packaging: All products are packaged securely using standard, appropriate materials to ensure they arrive in good condition. This typically involves branded or unbranded cardboard boxes, protective void fill (e.g., air pillows, paper), and internal wrapping as needed.

5.3 Package Weight & Dimensions: The weight and dimensions used for shipping calculations include the product(s) and all packaging materials.
6. Delivery & Receipt
6.1 Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the Customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers may be passed on to the Customer.
6.2 Delivery Attempts & Signature: Depending on the carrier and service, a signature may or may not be required upon delivery. Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. If a package cannot be delivered after the final attempt, it will be returned to a local carrier facility or returned to sender.
6.3 Undeliverable & Returned Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed package) and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment. If you refuse the re-shipment, a refund for the product cost (minus original and return shipping costs and a potential restocking fee) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
7. Order Tracking & Communication

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is scanned into the carrier's system, responsibility for its safe and timely transit is with the carrier.
8.2 Claims for Non-Delivery or Damage: If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other delivery locations. Subsequently, contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
If a package appears lost in transit (no tracking updates for an excessive period beyond the estimated delivery window) or arrives visibly damaged:
