12-month limited warranty on stitching

At Baggarium, we stand behind the quality of every bag we sell. That’s why we offer a complimentary 12-month limited warranty covering the structural stitching on all handbags purchased from us.

How It Works

If you notice loose or damaged stitching on your bag within 12 months of purchase, simply contact us. Email our team at info@baggarium.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]". Please include a clear photo of the issue.

Once we receive your claim, we will guide you through the next steps. In most cases, we will arrange for you to send the bag to our restoration partners. After inspection, we will repair the stitching and return the bag to you in its original condition.*

• Terms & Conditions: This warranty applies exclusively to bags. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for assessment and repair. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, hardware issues, or pre-existing conditions noted at the time of purchase.
